Main House only - £800 per week (up to 6 people)
Apartment only - £420 per week (2 - 4 people)*
Both units - £1080 per week (8 – 10 people)*

• Queen size Futon sofa bed in apartment living area

These rates include:

• Meet / greet at airport
• Mid-week maid service if required.
• Bed linen and towels (incl. beach towels)
• Exclusive use of Tamarind House garden and pool

Additional services provided at clients expense:

• Taxi or hire car to and from the airport

• Shopping for groceries and delivery to house prior to arrival (your personal shopping list to be provided two weeks prior to arrival)

• Cooked meal on arrival

• Extra maid services depending on your specific needs   
  
  TERMS:

• 50% payable on acceptance of the booking – balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.  (In the event of a cancellation a refund will be possible only if we are able to replace the booking)

• A damage deposit of £150 payable at time of deposit. This will be refunded to your account, less any deduction for damages, at end of the rental period
